We treat our clients how we would like to be treated. We install units as if we were installing the unit in our own homes. At times our standard is higher than that of our clients. We sweep chimneys as if we were sweeping in our own homes. We respect our clients and appreciate that they would like to use our products or services.
The previous ownership has done an excellent job of building the goodwill of the business since 1978 and it is our interest to build on that goodwill.
We have implemented systems and continue to improve those systems to ensure we are returning communication with our clients in a timely manner.
